# HOW TO MIGRATE INFORMATION TO CONDOVIVE?

**MASS IMPORT OF DATA TO MY PLATFORM**

When you are starting with an existing condominium, the most common thing is that we already have information that we want to upload to the system in order to simulate the real operation.

For this you can rely on our migration file that the CondoVive team has at your disposal.

To do this, the best way is to define an accounting cut-off date. This date will define who are delinquent, balances in favor and annual payments. We fill out the following file with the required data and later we send it to ${color}[#373dd2](servicioalcliente@condovive.com) who will be in charge of updating your information in a period not exceeding **72 hours as long as the files contain the correct data.**
