ACCESS TO ADMINISTRATORS & ROLES (PERMISSIONS)
CondoVive allows us to manage all the administrator users that we want and with the necessary permissions. There are two important elements for this:
These are the permissions that you can create for the people who will have administrative access to the platform, you will be able to determine different roles such as Supervisor, Collection, Customer Service, etc. You can determine which section will be visible in the menu and which ones they will have access to.
ROUTE: SETTINGS > ADMINISTRATOR SETTINGS > Roles > Green "+" button
1-Enter the name of the new role you want
2-Activate or deactivate the permissions for that role
3-Don't forget to save changes!
If you need to unsubscribe a ROLE user, you can do it from the red cross ❌
Once you have created the administrative roles, you must add the users, this is to register the people to whom you will give administrative access.
Route: SETTINGS > ADMINISTRATOR SETTINGS > Green "+" button > Enter the administrator's email and name and select the role PREVIOUSLY created or one that you already have and that you require. ###

Once registered, the new administrator user will receive an email informing him about the movement in which he will receive information such as email, password and link / access link.
