COLLECTION TABLE

1- The collection table is a report that will allow you to validate payment information, overdue installments, future installments in a more visual way. This is identified with colors making it easier to understand:




STRONG RED: Past due/delinquent fee
DIM RED: Future installment (not due)
STRONG GREEN: Fee paid/settled
LIGHT GREEN: Future installment settled
YELLOW/ORANGE: Partial payment or installment payment.

2- You will also be able to visualize all the fee concepts that you have registered, as well as select by payments, surcharges, debts, etc. on a cut-off date of your choice.

馃搶 IMPORTANT NOTE: The display of results will ALWAYS depend on the date you indicate in your date box.



When entering the collection table section, this by default will provide you with the information as of today, from the year to the "cutoff" date, therefore you will see the corresponding data:

Llevaremos a cabo un ejemplo:


路En este ejemplo tomaremos que la fecha del d铆a de hoy es 17-08-2021. La tabla de cobranza siempre nos mostrar谩 la informaci贸n al d铆a, por lo tanto podemos ver que la UNIDAD 1 cuenta con todo pagado hasta Diciembre ya que este se encuentra en color VERDE

路Ahora, el administrador quiere ver la informaci贸n al corte del Julio, por lo que ingresa como fecha de b煤squeda 31-07-2021, entonces la UNIDAD 1 muestra el mismo periodo de meses como adeudo "vigente" ya que estos est谩n en color ROJO

Esto quiere decir que ese pago que cubr铆a los meses de Enero a Julio NO se realiz贸 dentro de la fecha corte que se ingres贸: 31-07-2021, por lo tanto la tabla de cobranza muestra como adeudo esos meses, ya que al 31 de Julio del 2021 todav铆a se deb铆an las cuotas.








3- 驴Requieres de un dato r谩pido como cuantos recargos se generaron en X fecha? Puedes realizarlo desde tu misma tabla de cobranza, solo ingresa la fecha de corte y el tipo de informaci贸n que requieres:
