What is an opening balance in CondoVive?

It will be the balance where all financial movement will be calculated, that is, where income is added and expenses are subtracted.

It is very important to mention that this balance within CondoVive cannot be entered per month, this is a unique data in which all financial movement (income and expenses) will be calculated. Therefore, if You already have this type of movements registered, everything will be calculated with the amount that is inserted in that field.

Ideally, you should always enter this information when the account is brand new and contains no financial information.

ROUTE Finances > ACCOUNTS/bank/Petty Cash > At the top right you will find a blue option that will say CONFIGURE ACCOUNTS, There you can register both your initial bank balance for any account, and create and/or delete others.
