3- SELECT A CATEGORY, YOU CAN ENTER AN IMAGE AND/OR PHOTO TO ILLUSTRATE YOUR TICKET, COMPLAINT OR SUGGESTION AND WRITE YOUR SITUATION

4-SEND IT IN "+ CREATE NEW TICKET.
