You can raise a ticket about a situation that requires attention from the administration, as well as validate its status, responses from the administrator, solution, etc.
1-GO TO "TICKETS" SECTION

2-SELECT "+ CREATE NEW TICKET"

3- SELECT A CATEGORY, YOU CAN ENTER AN IMAGE AND/OR PHOTO TO ILLUSTRATE YOUR TICKET, COMPLAINT OR SUGGESTION AND WRITE YOUR SITUATION


4-SEND IT IN "+ CREATE NEW TICKET.
·The administrator will receive your request immediately and will follow up accordingly.
