WHITE LABEL: What is it and what can it be functional for?

A white label legally allows you to place your brand on a product or service, in this case, our software.

¿What does this mean? In the cases where you need to "hide" the CondoVive logo and any sign of our brand, you can activate the option to do so. In this way you will place your information or data of the company you represent.

·If I activate this option, will everything related to CondoVIve be hidden?

No, unfortunately today it is not possible to hide the brand 100%. The following points will be the ones that will not be hidden:

❌- Mail server: These will always have the domain email-service@condovive.com since it represents the processor of the mail service.

❌- Use of mobile app: We do not yet have the mobile application customization option, which to use it requires searching and downloading by the name of CondoVive.

❌-Report download: You will have multiple download options in your reports, however once the download is finished it will have the name of your condominium plus the description: condovive.xlsx, condovive.pdf etc.

·How can i activate the White Label ?

It is very simple, this will be done from your platform in the option: Settings> Account settings> Condominium settings> WHITE-LABEL







Una vez activado ya puedes dar de alta el logotipo del condominio desde: Ajustes > Ajuste cuenta > Logotipo cuenta







Así mismo el logotipo de tu empresa en caso de que así lo requieras: Inicio sesión o parrilla de condominios> Ajustes Organización






LOGOTIPO DE LA ORGANIZACIÓN: Una organización dentro de CondoVive es la cuenta "madre" en la cual se podrán dar de alta cuentas "bebés" o sub-cuentas que serían los condominios, fraccionamientos, cotos etc.

·Quiero que mis condóminos ingresen a su plataforma desde mi página web ¿Como puedo configurarlo?

Para crear un acceso dentro de tu dominio web deberás primero descargar el archivo HTML desde tu plataforma: Ajustes > Ajuste cuenta > URL DE LA CUENTA







NOTA: Este archivo debes proporcionárselo a tu master web o persona encargada de realizar la incrustación/instalación del acceso a tu página web.
