We know that starting to use a new program can be a bit overwhelming, so we present you some quick guides about how to start working on your platform 😁

One of the first steps would be to start entering information such as directory, installment amount, square meters (if managed in this way), debts. This can be done in two ways:

1-IMPORT/MIGRATION FILE:

You will get this document in the welcome email you receive when you register your DEMO account. You can also download it from the following link:

Once you filled the file with the information, you can send it to us at: serviciosalcliente@condovive.com, it will be registered within a period of 24 business hours from receipt and you will be notified by the same email.

2-LOADING MANUALLY: METHOD 1

If you do not want to use our migration file for registering information, you can do it manually; this may take a little longer as it must be filled unit by unit, however both options will be available.

ROUTE: Administration > Users and units > Select the corresponding unit to fill > Click on the EDIT option > Fill fields > To save changes click on CLOSE EDITION


USERS

I WANT TO CHANGE THE NAME OR NUMBER OF THE UNIT AS WELL AS CONFIGURE FEES, REFERENCES, M2 AND MORE
